Selective perception, Biases, Bounded rationality in a Leadership role

Its sometimes very disgusting to find people in key leadership role, in an organization, acting or behaving or even sometimes taking decisions based on their selective perceptions and common biases.

They should understand that because of their displayed behaviour and acts, their public image gets so distorted / down that no one wants be on their side or even wants to comes in their inner circle.

These people are very dangerous to the image of their organization and with time, as this observation is shared with the vendors, Suppliers, contractors, consultants everyone of them including the employees within the organization starts disliking them and in turn disliking the organization also.

Sometimes due to the wrong decisions of these people the organization even pays heavy prices.

Efforts should be made to give straight feedbacks to these people and make them undeerstand the results of their such behaviour and acts. In reality only a hanful of them take even this straight feedback in a positive way.
