We are currently witnessing an increasing demand for providing Training and Development activities with all types of organization.
This demand is coming up due to various internal issues relating to Team handling, interpersonal differences within the teams, lack of trust between the Managers & employees, increased complaint of biased decision being witnessed by HR etc.
A lot of these problems are also because more and more younger people are now being led into Managerial roles. While these young blood are quite competent to handle the tasks due to their recent education and skiils obtained but they do not have much exposure to handle behavioural issues as in their current life also they did not had much opportunity to witness the varied spectrum of different types of relationships.
HR Managers are now being led into taking Training responsibilities and organizations are now seeking dedicated professionals to take care of these needs.
